Euro Group functions on several key principals. These principals are outlined here:
Ethical
Euro Group insists on taking an ethical approach to each and every decision made regarding a project. Honesty and integrity along with open and effective communication amongst all parties involved with a project is the key to successful job completion.
Commitment to Safety
Euro Group ensures that both the sub-trades and labourers on the job site strive to take all necessary safety measures and precautions. It is important to us to ensure that all personnel are knowledgeable of Health and Safety guidelines and are familiar with the Euro Group Health and Safety Policy.
Superb Quality Control
Euro Group’s quality control practices involve on-the-job supervision by the site supervisor to ensure that the work being performed is of the highest quality and to ensure co-ordination between all sub-trades. The site supervisor is on-call 24 hours a day to deal with any concerns that may arise. Euro Group Ltd. also keeps written and photographic records of each stage of the project, which helps to track both progress and quality of work. In addition, to ensure that the highest standard of quality is met on each and every project, Euro Group Ltd. only contracts to sub-trades who have proven to be reliable and professional and are licensed technicians.
Outstanding Schedule Control
Euro Group is highly committed to creating a realistic work schedule and to maintaining that schedule. We realize the supreme importance of completing a project by the project due date and work diligently alongside clients, architects and sub-trades to do so.
High Level of Professionalism
Euro Group is committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of our day-to-day activities. Whether on the job site, at a project meeting or in the office, Euro Group employees remain committed to providing efficient, accurate and helpful service.
